The XC32 Stitching heads can stitch cardboard of a thickness between 5 and 32mm at a rate of 500 stitches per minute for semiautomatic operation, using rectangular section wires measuring 2,5 x 0,5mm or 2,3 x 0,9mm.
The clutch drive was eliminated in favour of dedicated brushless motors, greatly enhancing precision, efficiency, reliability, ease of use and maintenance.
You can choose to program your production either directly on the machine using its display or you can interface it on your computer to control it digitally.
The maximum width of the sheet is 4800mm, while the minimum is 760mm. On request, smaller sizes are available in 3000, 4000 and 4400mm.
