The Bizzozero Mica S.r.l. has been working in the range of corrugated cardboard since almost sixty years, even though the current society's statute dates back to 1984.
Setting up this association, the founder members wanted to supply the market of manipulation of corrugated cardboard with reliable and suitable means for the requests of any box plant.
Strong of the experience made in these years and rich of the first enthusiasm, today we are able to put forward new products envelopped internally to our firm.
The Bizzozero Mica S.r.l. is manufacturing thirty different tpes of machine, constitued either by our automatic and semiautomatic wire stitching machine and wire plate stitching machine, whit arm nor by Printer Slotters and Casemakers of sure reliability like the little Fury 1600x500, the Pioneer 1800x650, the Slotter 3300x1450.
   
The new Casemaker 2500x960 is able to supply performance in line with the best products present on the market. It is a modular machine with the dimenions made by the new European standards on the rationalization of formats. The machine is supplied with belt threading, electronic control of the threading phase, mechanical intermittor coupled to an electro-pneumatic clutch, suction assisted.
Bottom printing groups set for the fast change of rubber and anilox rolls to better also the maintenance time. Double diaphrame pump for inking and cleaning system. Slotter group realized whit double slotting shaft to make really faster the change of format without any bonds about slotting depth. The equipments are traslated by V screws and double bushing to avoid mechanical tollerances.
 
Die-cutting section is available on request with side shift, poliuretan bands mounted on supports made of antifriction material to improve its consume. The fold section with electronic gluing device is supplied of dentated belts whit driving peg to obtain the perfect squaring of boxes during the transport. The collecting section with synchronous lifting device allows to make minimum the attrition while composing the bundle in the laying. Some numeric control devices manage the correct position of motorized axes. A grafic interface allows the user's control, in real time, on the current status of the line. Several formats can be memorized for a fast change of order.
The new BOXMASTER 2750 is a trasversal slotter to produce corrugated cardboard boxes of very big dimensions, in small and medium lots because of the very bref time necessary to set up the machine. It makes die-cuttings, creasings, cutings, perforations, additional crushings and small printings; it works on sheets of minimum dimensions of mm. 360x620 and maximum dimensions of mm. 2750x9999, with variable thicknesses from 2,5 to 16 mm., with a forwarding to 180 m/1'. Programmation and memory in line with the most modern informatic devices.
A big print unit, JUMBO PRINT, to complete a line for corrugated cardoard boxes of very big dimensions has been developed on the last months. Printable fields is 2.600 x 2.500 mm. Fuor starts point are on the stereo shaft for print fuor different prints on single sheet. The transport of sheet is in continuos way. The print speed is 30 m/1'. The ink system is a traditional anilox and rubber rolls. Double diaphragm pump for ink system. The same circuit is used for easy and fast cleaning. The JUMBO PRINT can instal in line with BOXMASTER, before or back; motorized table move the sheets out of BOXMASTER into JUMBO PRINT and consent resolution any required; contact us.
The firm has at its disposal a considerable number of second-hand machines to better integrate the investments.
